User interface scale

So, I configured the buttons at 1.0 "user interface scale" (rust setting in user interface)

But when I adjust the slider it get's really ugly.

is there anything to do so it wont be affected by interface scaling?

Hey, change base anchors in config to "0.5 0", that will make your button responsive, however after you make this change you'll have to reposition your buttons because base anchor change will push them down, outside of screen.
