Stacking Problem

There is a recurring issue with stacking in the game. The following scenarios have been observed:

Newly crafted items do not stack correctly: When crafting new items, such as medicine, bandages, or ammunition, they do not always stack with similar items already in the player's inventory.

Issue with setting up and removing ladders: If ladders are placed on a wall and then removed using a hammer, they do not always stack correctly with other ladders in the inventory. The problem seems to resolve if all ladders are placed and then removed again.

Problems with refueling and handling ammunition: When refueling vehicles like mini helicopters or trying to collect ammunition, a stacking issue sometimes occurs. This can also happen when crafting weapons and removing ammunition from them.

Random stacking issues: There have been other instances where items in the inventory do not stack correctly. The problem appears to be random and occurs under various circumstances..
