Id like to make a page that the user can see the stats and skills in a page.

This is something the developer of that plugin would need to implement into their plugin. XPerience has it's own "panel" system for both the main plugin and addon.

    So I talked to Mevent about the Server panel plugin, and was told to contact each plugin developer to see about integration. How can I make Xperience  GUI show up as a page on the panel. is there a webhook or command to call it up that I can use? 

The plugin you want to integrate should have a method (for example: "API_OpenPlugin") that returns a CuiElementContainer for BasePlayer:
 

private CuiElementContainer API_OpenPlugin(BasePlayer player)

what does this mean, is there a code or is this the code?
