no option for moving heli tank cargo etc

need option to change in config min max and anchor for the heli panel

currently hardcoded in the cs and have to change cs to move

This is a long process of moving the panel to another part of the screen.
I have started working on a new version of the panel, I will try to add a ready-made config to place the panel at the top right

I appreciate that. That would be very helpfull, 'cause most of the players of my server get disturbed by the overlay of discrod (top left) above the panel. How can I get notified when the new panel arrive?
