Disable auto-spawning without total disable.

Is there a way to disable automatic spawning of a particular boss without disabling it entirely? 

The only feature that I was able to locate was '  "Enabled? [true/false]":', however that prevents even manual spawning.

The goal is to make some bosses not spawn in the wild, but be called into the world by the player through a 'shop' like feature.

Interesting question because depending on how you're having the others spawned in, this one still might initially spawn at random. I was going to say that you could increase their respawn timer to longer than a normal restart timer for the server, ensuring that it never spawns again unless with command. This is worth some consideration though thank you for the feedback.
