/twig chat command does not work

Here is my Config for some reason the chat command /twig does not remove the warning. Could you please fix this?

Hi, how exactly are you trying to disable the warning? Please provide the full command.

I am trying to stop the warning with the command as stated in the config 

/twig

This does not work and the warning persists.

You should use /twig warn
