Wounded-Loop - No chance to get up

After testing the plugin yesterday, I was flying around in Vanish and suddenly died, basically not an issue. But now I've been stuck in a "Wounded" loop since yesterday. I can neither get up nor respawn. I restarted the server, installed the plugin, uninstalled it. How can I get up again?

Ok, i installed "Unwound" and wrote /aid. Now i am up. But, how can we prevent this in future?

just type recover in the f1 console or use god mode when you are in vanish
