Not attacking patrol helicopter

I was finally able to put a weapon, ammo, and SAM ammo into a Sentry Turret, but it's not attacking the patrol helicopter despite there being SAM ammo inside, the scan range being 200, and the setting for attacking the patrol helicopter is enabled.

After disabling all of my plugins but this one, it works as intended. There must be a conflict with one or more of my other plugins I assume.
