Can't manually add any permissions

When using the latest skills update, I can not add any permissions to my oxide system at all.

 

For example, o.usergroup add rabidkevin supporter

Does not work

But when I remove the new skills plugin, it works again.

I rolled back to .4 and it is no longer a problem, so only an issue with the latest version
