Button missing?

heres an enhance item button when you open the workbench but now it doesnt show due to rust update

They changed workbenches so they no longer trigger the loot hook. I am working on a solution.

Can you make a command?

its attached to furnaces now. You can set the shortname of another container entity if you want to change/add more types of deployables to trigger the menu.

It works on furnaces, but I tried to use other items that made more sense, like repair bench or research table, and it doesn't work on those items.

Works fine for me. Be sure to use the entity name, not the item name.
