Overwriting Config File

The configuration file in the Data folder is being overwritten with the defaults.  Any changes I make are lost.

The "Attack Owner": true doesn't seem to be working for me.  Actually, with further testing, it works, but the bots focus _only_ on the player that threw the grenade, ignoring other closer players.

Any suggestions?
