Hello, the police station doors cannot be opened, they are closed and the teleport plugin cannot find the outpost.

Additionally, we cannot loot the train station.

Hello, sorry for the late i havent found your post till i get an email reminder about it. Next time you can reach me on  discord i'm much more active there. I assume you already fix your issues but i will still reply

If The Refuge doors are not opening it means your Rustedit extension has not been installed; Teleport plugin doesnt work because The Refuge is not Outpost, if you're using NTeleportation plugin you'll have to set the position manualy using /outpost add, at the position you want it to work

For the train station i'm not sure havent heard about that one have you figured that one out yet ?
