Possible to have Dog Tags drop and spin for a certain amount of seconds specified in config?

Would like to have DogTags drop above a players corpse as its more visually appealing for my types of server. Is this possible?

Possible? Yes.

However it’s not something i will add, there are other dog tag plugins that do this and I don’t want to basically emulate other plugins.
