Is there a specific item that triggers this error? 

 

I am unable to replicate this error so i will need you to track down what game item is causing that error for you on your sever. 

Most likely cause would be a 3rd party plugin creating some kind of custom item and then a player trying to stack it.

Another suggestion would be to unload All other plugins and just load stack modifier and see if the error goes away if so then its a 3rd party plugin causing it, and you will need to track down which one & let me know.

@Watcher are you using the umod backpack plugin by whitethunder ?

And when you stack a weapon inside it for example does it cause the stack error ?

I've pushed an update that should resolve a lot of problems. 

Please double check to see if you have any of these plugins installed & remove them.
Or set the config correctly ( if available ) like magic coin.
