Payment with item is exaggeratedly high at a distance, need help with the setting

Hello, is it possible to set a fixed value to pay with Scrap? Because the current calculation on distance is really high. Nobody pays hundreds of scrap for a transaction. I would be very grateful if you could add this. Thank you very much.
