Train always restarts when a wagon spawns

    If in the new configuration
    "Maximum speed": 12.0,
    to
    "Maximum speed": 7.0
    is set, the train spawns again and again and does not start properly. 
    What can I do?

    Hi. Do not reduce the speed in the configuration. I'll be at the computer in 36 hours and fix it.
