    I'm using Carbon and having issues with XBuildingSkinMenu not loading on server startup:

    [XBuildingSkinMenu] You don't have the plugin installed - XSkinMenu!

    I do have XSkinMenu and it loads fine. I can load XBuildingSkinMenu manually after startup fine. My guess is that it's trying to load XBuildingSkinMenu first alphabetically.

    I tested it. Most likely this needs to be fixed in Carbon.

    Since even ImageLibrary can't load in time when plugins are reloaded normally.
