Too much rain

I've been using this for a while but this wipe (I wiped this past Thursday), there seems to be more than our fair share of rain, a lot more than we previously had. I don't know if it's just bad luck or if something is borked. I'm attaching my config so maybe you can look at it and see if you find a reason for this.

You can reduce the rain just by reducing this parameter in the preset where the rain is too strong for you

Changed Status from Pending to Closed
