Permissions not showing

Somehow, my plugin is not showing perms, i switched to carbon, may be the reason? Thanks!

I tryed restarting the server and i did a fresh install, but that didnt worked either

Sorry, I forgot to mention that, no, no errors at the console, he just doesn't show up

No, the only thing thats working is when i click in a player and see which group he is sign on

Other then that, all blank and with no error...

Never happened before, i'm thinking is carbon, all my 6 rust servers started to have that same problem, but i didn't notice when I switched 2 weeks ago, only now

i am having the same issue my server is running on carbon and this stated a few weeks ago where /perms works perfectly fine but when i try to click on a player or group no permissions show 

was there a fix for this?

Already open connection (port=3306;connectiontimeout=10;characterset=utf8mb4;pooling=False;defaultcommandtimeout=120;allowzerodatetime=True), using existing instead...
