Decay error log message when to a player instead of admin

Hello. I had an error log message go to a player instead of me whe I searched for a non existing file. 

Changed Status from Pending to Work in Progress

Changed Fixed In to Next Version

Will fix it.

Changed Status from Work in Progress to Closed

This should be resolved.
