Parachute bugged

Howdy there.

It looks like someone was able to loot this in a crate. This however does not work as its an item that should not have appeared in the loot crate at all in the first place. 

No error log was shown in the console.

add it to the blacklist to prevent spawning. Plugin adds any new item to the game automatically, but some items arent functional such as this one.
