Having issues get the map ot load

bought, downloaded and uploaded to drop box. loaded the server and it's hanging up at and giving me a null reference exception. i added the .cs file to the plugins folder and that got me to loading world on the server but it is now hung up there. this is my first custom map so i'm sure i'm doing something wrong but i need some help please. i've done everything i'm supposed to do on the server side, created a drop box share link changed the 0 to a 1 turned off the stuff i'm supposed to in the hosts webpage to allow the custom map but its stuck at loading world been that way the past 10 mins.

just got this error after 12 mins
