Player can't build after removing his bases

I have a player that has removed his two bases but Limit Entities still shows the totals he had, including the TC's, foundations, etc and he can't build. The data files only has numbers... how can I reset his totals so he can build?

Reload plugin will recreate cache.

However, this shouldn't be possible without some sort of "custom removing tool" plugin. If you're using one - make sure it's configured properly.
