Add forgeron

Possible to add a job for craft pickaxe, hammer, hatchet etc and the tool category

A job like "forgeron" or "metalworker".

Added Metalworker in version 1.0.9.

Keep in mind that the config list for it is empty so you have to specifie the shortnames your selfe.

i did not add the tool category since other customers do have to decide if they wanna use the profession or not this is why every item has to be specified manually in the config so everybody can configurate their Plugin the way they want ;D
