Loot list semi ignored - unwanted items keep spawning

Hi, ive changed the loot on barrels and removed scrap from the barrels loot list and it worked, but after a time it seems the changes i made are getting semi ignored and along with the custom loot I made, scrap spawns too (So far on barrels only).
I also tried to add scrap to the blocked list but nothing, it still spawns. 

I added the debug line in the plugin, but nothing suspicious is showing other than stuff spawning and what I do on the plugin menu.

I think I might have figure it out, I used the super serum (a tea basically) and it seems its effects stay even after its done, so I got a scrap multiplier and scrap would spawn regardless of what ive set it to be in the loottable menu. Hopefully you could patch this (if its the actual issue)

I will investigate this issue and fix it with the next update. The update will be some time in january as I don't have much time at the moment
