When adding a Command type item to a kit, the UI is incorrectly appending the word "Command" to the saved command

As a result of the prepended word "Command", the command saved differs from what was entered and won't work.

My test:

1) Open /kits
2) Edit or create a kit
3) Add a new item of type Command
4) Type a command in the Command box
5) Back out
6) Edit the kit again
7) Note the command for that command item now says "Command <text>"

Changed Status from Pending to Closed
