Issue where players cannot get Monument Ownership. Even after latest update I get lots of reports where players just cannot get ownership over Monuments for a whole 24 hour period and I only have the cooldowns of the monuments set to 300 seconds.

Only fix is for me to do a reload of the plugin then they can get ownership again.
