unknowed command and plugin unloaded

Hello i just bought this plugin today and installaed on my server, but not work!!!

when luch bot command :

/rlglstart - start the event

/rlglenter 

i get error "unknowed command" the prefab is installed on my server and also the plugin, but after plugin loaded, was unloaded immediately automatically.

Hi, send all the messages from the server console when you load the plugin to the server, basically the plugin itself writes what is the reason and why it was not loaded

this is all error :

but the prefab is present on my map, but the plugin can't find a monument. I don't know why, u can see image below
