Thunderpoons no longer working, as well as misc. noticed issues

I'm not sure exactly when they stopped working, but as of the current update, dragging a bean can grenade onto a spear does not work. They also do not work when thrown from a car flatbed, or any other parented offset movement surface. When a bean can grenade is dragged over two or more spears, it turns all the spears into a thunderpoon with only consuming the one bean can grenade.
