    Holy crap I literally came here to post this one and looks like i'm not alone.

    Very similar to the above I can add my errors as well. Looks like it's the OnPlayerDeath & OnEntityDeath hooks that are giving several of us console errors.

    I recently had teams being disbanded somehow too but I don't think that these could be related. Never rule anything out but never assume anything either. Going over notes to see if there is anything recently that has been changed around the time the error started.

    These console errors just started popping up for me in the past few days though.
