hi, no. there's something wrong with your copypaste plugin. try reloading version 4.2.0

otherwise you'd see errors in the server console and those would be caused by something else.

 hey so im having issues no raidable bases are spawning

heya, 

if you don't see loot tables being loaded with the plugin then the package is not fully installed

if maintained events are not automatically spawning with at least 1 player connected then the package is not fully installed

Buyable Event Costs need to be configured by you based on your servers economy.

in short, install the package, then configure Buyable Event Costs in the config.

if done correctly then bases will automatically spawn, and you will be able to buy them too.

i got this how do i change it too scrap but no raidable showing in map

  1. unzip the archive
  2. copy the files to your server in the same respective folders
  3. edit the config for Buyable Event Costs

i did and its doing the same thing keeps showing the default loottable

how do i make it where they can buy bases with scrap ?

Require Custom Costs to true

and Enabled to true for each custom scrap item.

Hi @nivex any chance you update the included loot tables to address the changed Facepunch TOS? I followed your suggestion over on the Raidable Bases plugin page and got myself the loot table editor you suggested, also verified it's output with the online check tool for prohibited items (https://app.rustspain.com/facepunch/checkitems). The loot table editor did remove DLC items flawlessly and I got clean loot profiles. But there were warnings from the loot table editor after removing DLC items that bases likely won't have enough items to spawn.

I think the problem is that with the removal of the DLC items in the "Difficulty_Loot" profiles the number of available items actually is reduced, and could lead to player complaints about bases having too little and "not good enough" loot. I never changed the original loot profiles you provided with this bases pack, because it was just right and worked great, and players loved the resulting raids. It would be awesome if you could find the time and update the profiles in a sensible way. That would also help customers who buy now and run into the TOS drama. Thanks again 🫶

Hi, I will provide an update to include new items which are missing from the loot tables, and to provide additional loot tables that do not include any paid content in them.

Though anyone not wanting to update to the new package will not have to do so. Removing the paid content without updating to the new pack will not result in less loot spawning in bases if "Allow Duplicate Items" is still enabled, it will still ensure the correct amount of loot is generated.

It will be possible for the Raidable Bases plugin to filter out any paid content using a new option that will be added in the next plugin update. The plugin update will be released before the game update. My warning in the documentation, in short, explains that this might require more than one plugin update to fix any issues with this option or otherwise.

Just wanted to flag 2 things.

I just purchased the Bundle: Raidable Bases (Tier 3 Package)  - So I'm having to load raidable bases plugin and the tier 3 package from scratch. 

The first thing is the bundle option does not show in the carbon control panel at all so i can't download the package from inside carbon 😞 so i had to manually copy all the files in manually. I found the intructions on manually loading the both the raidable plugin and tier 3 package into carbon, no quiet as good as it could be.. but i did manage to get it loaded and running. - Can this be made so I can load/update the bundle straight from the carbon control panel plugin section


The second thing is, i tried raiding 2 of the bases last night, and both the bases and the loot in boxs in the raided bases seem to contain skins i don't own. i am concerned this may break the new TOS. eg doors, furnaces, and lootable weapons had skins i'm pretty sure i dont own. when tried to look at loot tables all the skin values seems to be 0 so im not sure where it is getting these skins from. Can you confirm the base plugin and the tier 3 bases and default loot tables do no contain any settings/items that may break the new TOS.

 i have not modifed any files since downloading and installing the tier 3 bundle.

Hi there, thank you for the support!

1. Carbon would need to implement such support as its their platform and interface. I don't recommend that they do this though. This is not your standard plugin, and should be updated manually. Reloading the plugin despawns all events, and players will have to start all over again if you accidentally try to update. It's a nightmare waiting to happen, and I've seen it happen multiples with other plugins already. But it's ultimately up to Carbon if they decide they want to implement support for that! 🙂

2. You don't need to worry about any tier packages of mine violating the TOS.

The next plugin update will handle everything automatically, ensuring compliance with the TOS by default. This means you don't need to edit anything. You only need to update the plugin with the game update. Or it will not compile.

I haven’t had the chance to work on the tier packages yet — all my time has gone into making sure the RB plugin is fully compliant, which takes top priority right now. I’m sure you understand how important that is.

The good news is: the plugin update will enforce compliance by default. No one will need to modify the tier package files.

Once a tier package update is released, you can go ahead and update it, but keep in mind that doing so means starting from scratch. Tier updates are mainly useful for people who haven’t made edits, recently purchased, or want a fresh start. But there’s no actual need to update unless you want to.

RB Plugin Update:
There are commands to either remove all restricted content, or replace it with its non-restricted counterpart where applicable. This will save a lot of time editing files manually.

TOS Compliance Overview:

Deployables will spawn as usual.

  • No players will be able to pick up DLC deployables.
  • All players can pick up skinned deployables, but the skin will be removed upon pickup to ensure compliance.
  • Players that own the content are no exception, yet. I tried but failed, so it will have to wait for another update.

Restricted items, including skinned turret weapons, will not spawn in containers.

  • If any exist in copypaste files, they’ll be removed from the event (but not the original file)
  • Skins will be reset.
  • If you want skins, you must use the ImportedWorkshopSkins or SkinsPlugin files found in the RaidableBases data folder moving forward.

In short, everything will function as decor, ensuring compliance with the TOS.
