This is a setting in their plugin. You can put a wall around it or not.

Where is the setting ive loved for it with no luck

You need to go to the Oxide/Data/Raidable Bases/Profiles folder. And then in every single file "Easy/Medium/Hard/Expert/Nightmare" and there is a section with "Arena Walls" and then you can customize it
