Same issue. Deleted config and data file and seems to be fixed.

I cannot seem to get this working after update, stuck with Cooldown in effect message even though cooldown is 0.

Hitting Candycanes in the junk piles causes players to become hostile to Outpost/Bandit -

Does this still work, I tried adding it but I believe it made my server unstable and caused a few crashes since it was the only change made. -
Ladder for Missle Silo @k14 the bottom ladder is mis aligned so your stuck if you go to bottom not sure if the cage around the ladder got double placed or not, Doors don't work on the monument but I was able to fix in editor -
Simple clean prefab, Players like it and its been added to rotation of buildable monuments.
