Building Island is one of my first ever prefabs that i had built for my server years ago , the concept is a separated island from the mainland for players to build the best and nicest bases safe from dangers of the main island. The inside where the paths are has a cave built in the cliffs where you can build inside , the backside of the island has a cove caved into the cliffs for players to dock their boat and build easily. Helipads around the island for easier landing with flying vehicles. Entity Count 518
