Add documentation to your file
Setup guides, configuration examples, and instructions for your file.
Add a guide
- Open the file page as its author or a co-author.
- Select the Documentation tab and use its add control.
- Give the guide a clear title and enter the instructions. Use headings, short steps, and code blocks for examples.
- Save and open the guide from the file page to check it.
Keep guides current
Open a guide to edit it when setup steps change. Keep separate guides for longer topics such as installation, configuration, and commands. Remove outdated instructions when they no longer apply.
