Full or partial customer refunds paid as account credit from your creator balance.

What to do

1. Open Manage Files and open the file’s purchaser list.
2. Find the customer by member name or purchase number, then choose the refund action.
3. Review the remaining refundable amount. Choose a full refund or enter the amount for a partial refund.
4. Read the balance-impact message carefully, then submit the form.

Good to know

This tool refunds account credit; it does not return money to the original card or PayPal payment. The refunded amount is deducted from your Codefling balance. A completed full refund cancels purchase access; a partial refund keeps the purchase. The file must belong to you and the purchase must pay to your account. Bundles, cancelled purchases, unpaid or missing invoices, and purchases without a refundable balance cannot be refunded here. An active billing agreement prevents a full refund through this form. Ask creator support if the required refund is unavailable.
