Manage a renewing purchase

Renewal options for an existing purchase or subscription.

What to do

  1. Open Purchases and select the subscription or renewing purchase.
  2. Review the renewal details and available controls.
  3. Use the cancellation option if it is offered and follow its confirmation.

Good to know

Controls depend on the purchase. If cancellation is unavailable, ask billing about that purchase. Removing a saved card is a separate action from cancelling a renewal.
