Manage a renewing purchase

Renewals and cancellations for a purchase or subscription.

Manage a renewal

  1. Open Manage Purchases and select the subscription.
  2. Review the renewal price and expiry date.
  3. To stop renewing, open the purchase or its billing agreement and use its cancellation control.

Need help cancelling?

Contact billing with the purchase name if you cannot find the cancellation control. Removing a saved card does not cancel the subscription.
