Find a missing paid purchase
A completed payment but no purchase or download access on your account.
What to do
- Make sure you are signed into the account used to buy the file.
- Check your purchase history and payment confirmation.
- If you used a linked sign-in service, make sure it opens the same Codefling account.
- If payment completed but access is missing, use the billing option below. Include the file name, invoice reference, payment date, and error.
Good to know
You can report missing paid access directly to Codefling. Never send a full card number or payment-provider password.
