Add an alternative account contact

Account access for a trusted contact, with permissions you control.

What to do

  1. Ask your contact to create their own Codefling account if they do not have one.
  2. Open Account Settings → Alternative Contact.
  3. Enter their email address and choose the purchases and permissions they need.
  4. Save your changes.

Good to know

These permissions do not give access to your private Support Center tickets. Those tickets are visible to you and authorized Codefling staff.
