I offer two types of prefabs/monuments: Public and Private/Exclusive.
Private/Exclusive : A custom prefab created exclusively for your organization. You receive full ownership and exclusive rights, and the prefab will not be resold or distributed to anyone else. Public : A prefab that may be listed for sale on my Codefling store. In return, you'll receive a negotiated percentage of each sale. Since I can continue selling the prefab, your initial project cost is significantly lower.

Whether you're launching your first Rust server or managing an existing one, I can help with setup, troubleshooting, optimization, and server consultation.

All of my monuments and prefabs are carefully adapted to fit into the game environment, aiming to create the effect that the monument is from Facepunch, making them look natural and seamless within the game world.

At the same time, you are responsible for your employees. You can`t save any of my prefabs to use on your maps or resell(If you want any of my prefabs for your maps you need to purchase them on my profile).
Exception: Purchased monuments separately on request. In case of violation of the General terms of license agreement, Shemov has the right to sell the map in the public domain. Shemov undertakes not to distribute the map and any of its components made to order in any possible way before violating the terms of the license agreement.

Free updating map for rust updates for six months. Free updating custom-made monuments for rust updates for six months. After the expiration of the free support period, only paid updates are available. Custom Monuments from sites:
If the monument was purchased from Shemov the updating of monuments and the maps on which these monuments are installed is free until the support of monuments stops. If the monument was purchased from a third-party author, then either the author of custom monument or Shemov is engaged in updating the monument with the consent of the author on a paid basis. I have scheduled events such as Bellum, Streamerland, Rust Wars and the Rust Squid Games (Map and schedule). Additionally, I sell some plugins on this site.
