Greetings, When I spawn I fall through the map and get a terrain violation and get kicked. I disabled terrain violation and cannot spawn to surface. I tried to layer 5 layers in rustedit to give shoreline but i still fall through. Please advise. Thanks!

I edit the .json files for the addons in config but the WelcomePanel does not pull in the new data
