Refund Policy
At Codefling, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our customers and ensure that they are satisfied with their purchases. However, due to the nature of digital goods, our refund policy is unique in its approach.
No Refunds After DownloadPlease note that due to the nature of digital goods, we cannot offer refunds once a product has been downloaded. This is because digital products, such as plugins, maps, and other tools, can be duplicated and used without any means to return the original item. Therefore, all sales are considered final once a download has been completed.
Refund Requests to AuthorsIf you believe that a purchased product is not as described, contains significant issues, or is not functioning properly, you must raise your concerns directly with the author of the product. You can contact the author through their profile page or via the contact information provided within the product description.
The author will then have the opportunity to address your concerns, provide necessary support, and, if appropriate, issue a refund. Please understand that the decision to grant a refund is entirely at the author's discretion.
Reporting IssuesIn the rare case that you encounter issues with a product, and the author is unresponsive or unhelpful, please report this to our support team at https://codefling.com/help. We will investigate the issue and take appropriate action, which may include removing the product from our marketplace or contacting the author to resolve the issue.
ExceptionsIn some exceptional circumstances, Codefling may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team at https://codefling.com/help if you believe your situation warrants special consideration.
By using Codefling and purchasing products through our platform, you agree to this refund policy and acknowledge that refunds are not possible after a download has been completed, and requests must be raised directly to the author.
Chargebacks & DisputesChargebacks are treated seriously and may constitute fraud. When a customer files a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue through Codefling or the content author, it bypasses the opportunity for a fair resolution and violates the terms of this agreement.
If you are dissatisfied with a purchase or believe a transaction was made in error, you are required to first contact the author of the product using the information provided on their listing or profile. If the author does not respond within a reasonable timeframe or the matter remains unresolved, you must then contact Codefling Support so we may assist in mediating the issue.
Initiating a chargeback without following this process is considered a breach of our terms of service. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in the following actions, at our discretion:
- Revocation of access to purchased files
- Suspension or permanent closure of your Codefling account
- Blacklisting from future purchases
- Legal action in cases of confirmed fraud
We work with both PayPal and Stripe to ensure fair handling of disputes, and we maintain records of all transaction histories and support communications to protect both authors and buyers.By using Codefling and making purchases on our platform, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first giving both the author and Codefling a good-faith opportunity to resolve the issue. Violations of this policy may result in permanent loss of access to your account and its content.
