yes i have all of that. Have had it from the beginning. It shows that it loads into the server fine. NPCSpawn is working because other plug ins i have it for use it. i just dont understand why.

yes server console didnt say anything after i typed it, and web console on the host site just kept saying wrong password and nothing else

All i get when i type anything in the web console is RCON: IP # attempted to connect with incorrect password. do i try it in game?

not that ive been able to get to work. i didnt touch anything in the config file either

so when i look in the web console its showing this like its loaded in right. But when i go to /cpanel in game its the only one showing as an uninstalled /unlisted plug in

just wondering how i fix it saying unlisted plugin.

is there another mod i need to get it to work? I've looked through the config and i don't see anything that jumps out at me for it.

i figured it out. i reread through the config and i needed the NPC plug in to go with it, added it and its working. Thank you for your response

its also showing as loaded in the web console with no errors so im confused

is there something i need to do to get it to work? i added it to plug ins, it added a config and its set to true for auto start but its not working
