    We want to allow players to have a day to draw in new players and allow them to permeantly unlock all bps, then turn it off on a cerain day, but have anyone who unlocked on those days keep bps permeantly, Does your app to do that. We don't want them to unlock, later lose them. But still be able to turn app off later back to normal. Like run it for a week, turn plugin off, then back to normal but players who unlocked during special day keep them. But once locked, new players have to learn them.
