[ResourceRaid] VehicleSpawn not loaded. Mission only spawns 2-3 npcs and nothing else. Vehicles not spawning.

After buying the easy VIP Assassination mission, the npcs aren't spawning. Message in chat states who you need to kill, zone appears on the map, but no NPCs are in the area. Defense holdout works fine so I know it's not npcspawn.

Manual shows 11 available mission plugins but I only see defense holdout

Plugin shows promise but not having access to the other 9 "available" plugins there's not much here. VIP assassination works fine, but with resource raid, do you split the stacks? Taking a full stack of 12+ resources back to the seller gives you net 1/20, tried splitting the stacks and it only gives you half. Something appears broken on our end. -
We use the epic loot plugin on our servers and when players recycle at normal recyclers epic scrap is refunded on unique pieces. When using the Recycler station, players are not getting epic scrap from their recycling. Is there something blocking special items during recycling?
