all of the rivers are still messed up they're not real water

also if the scuba tank is supposed to have water inside it. It doesnt when i got in my server and theres a peice of the mountain above area51 thats messed up i can take ss and post if you would like.

World File Outdated:Hemp-Islands4.3 i load in fine but when others load in they get this error and get dissconnected How Do i fix or do you need to update it to the latest version of rust ??
