Bug #1 is almost certainly the main cause of the server lag and error log spam I'm experiencing, since it fires on every UpdateTargetList call when helis are active and allowFlee is enabled.

When the RetireHeli timer executes with a delay, the helicopter entity has already been removed, resulting in a null reference when calling GetComponent to retrieve its component. Additionally, numerous logs showing "Failed to create agent because it is not close enough to the NavMesh" indicate that the helicopter likely malfunctions while at the map edge or in an area not covered by the NavMesh.
