all the icons turn green when the event happens except the oil rigs any ideas on how to make them work?

im not understanding how to make the kits tab work on the welcomer, i have rust kits installed an custom auto kits, the plugin is working, i added the "kits.cs" name to where it says plugin name, but nothing,. what am i doing wrong here? i tried joining the devlopers discord, but jesus 47 que for support tickets seems like the discord support is dead an im not looking to wait a year to get some help lol.
