    Ahhhh, I found the issue. If I set it to roam it will not spawn. It seems that Off Terrain has not affect on it.

    The nav mesh thing fixed it, not sure why it stopped working though

    I am adding custom spawn points on high places, i.e. windmills in artic, antenna towers at launch, on top of structures on giant excavator, etc.. They don't spawn on any of those points. They did a few weeks ago but now they are not at all. Even removed and re-added them. Changed the kits they were using, took the kits away but nothing works.
