Getting this error in console, webhook is randomly not being sent in discord now. Havnt changed anything just stopped working. [MapVoter] Error: HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found

Handful of questions for you: 1. The hex codes for color will not work no matter if i try with or without the "#" 2. Can you not use the "/" commands within the clan chat channels? I can only seem to get it to work in the clan creation channel which is inconvenient for clan leaders as they all want to do it in their own channels. 3. When someone tried to Disband a clan & clicks the Green Check, it deletes the clan & channel but says "Interaction Failed" and the dialogue box remains open. Functionality Requests / Suggestions: 1. Could you potentially modify the clan channel embed to have a drop down for ease of modifying the clan like the attached image as well as a total clan member count within the embed. 2. i was able to resolve this issue but now when i create a clan i see this message: the name was not one that should be filtered and was within the character limit.
